Polyurethane prepolymer:It applies to make rods, wheels, sealing rings ,screen plates and other polyurethane elastomer wares.

Polyester Base Polyurethane Prepolymer for cast elastomer

 

      Application  It applies to make rods, wheels, sealing rings ,screen plates and other polyurethane elastomer wares.

        Characteristics  The wares has good abrasive resistance, oil resistance and excellent mechanical property, changing colors by adding colorant.

        Operating point  After the prepolymer vacuum degassing in 80-85, blending with melted MOCA, degassing, pouring,  sulfuration molding, applying to manual operation and machine mixing.

       Storage  Storing in a cool and dry place. If you cant use it up at a time, filling nitrogen and then sealing it. The storage time of original binding is 6 month.

       Packing  20kg or 200kg galvanized iron drum
